The team manager must notify the Leucan regional office of the mountain where s/he participates as soon as possible to warn of a cancellation. Donations collected by the team are due to Leucan within 10 days of the Leucan Ski Challenge. Leucan will issue the appropriate tax receipts for donations.
Each regional office will contact Leucan teams who did not attend the event.
